She married Glenn C. Hoover and they ranched North of Malta. Dolores and Glenn divorced and she married John Niles. They lived North of Saco and Dolores started her career in the restaurant business both as cook and manager. She owned O’Brian’s cafe in Saco for several years then ran the Sleeping Buffalo cafe and the Buffalo Barn.

Dolores was a great cook and enjoyed the years she spent sharing some of her favorite dishes with friends and family. Dolores was a hard worker, loved her family, enjoyed old western movies and listening to country music.
