
MALTA-Margaret “Honey” Wood Rasmussen,
78, a bartender, died Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at a hospital
of natural causes.
Celebration of life will be held 1:00 P.M. Sunday, July 28, 2019
at Stockman Terrace in Malta, Montana. Scattering of ashes will
be Sunday, August 4, 2019 1:00 P.M. in Landusky, Montana. Salads
and desserts would be appreciated. Everyone is welcome at both.

Honey was born on June 26, 1940 to Ted & Peg (Wright) Duvall.
She received her education in Landusky, MT. She received her GED
in the late 40’s. She married Allan Wood on January 11, 1958 in
Malta. They made their home in Caldwell, Id. They later
divorced. Later she met Wilford “Go-4” Rasmussen and were
together until Gopher’s death in 2008.
Together Allan and Honey raised 6 children Pat (Mark) Durlan,
AZ.; Sue (Jon) Rabidou, TX; Reva (Darryl) Vance Malta, MT;
Marvin (Allison)Wood, ID; Kem (Don) Vanek and Harlan Wood, ID.
Honey taught all us kids to work, respect and the importance of
family. She worked at the Stockman Bar for 25 years and through
5 owners. She enjoyed fishing, spending time in Landusky and
playing the machines.
She is preceded in death by her husband go-4, her parents,
grandson Corey wood, nephew Evert Duvall, brother Ace Duvall,
niece Jamie Ragsdale, brother in laws George French, and Bud
Chase.
She is survived by her children Pat (Mark) Durlan, AZ.; Sue
(Jon) Rabidou, TX; Reva (Darryl) Vance Malta, MT; Marvin
(Allison)Wood, ID; Kem (Don) Vanek and Harlan Wood, ID. Her
special princess Cass; sisters Ree (Bob) Ragsdale, CA. Winnie
French, mark Duvall, Faye Helm all of Malta and sister in law
Arv Duvall. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great
grandchildren, and great great grandchildren as well as many
adopted grandchildren. Numerous nieces and nephews.
