embalming, other preparation of the body, use of facilities
for viewing, transfer of remains to funeral home, hearse,
flower vehicle, funeral ceremony in facility other than
funeral home. Mileage outside Phillips County is charged per
mile one-way per vehicle.
There can be no deductions from this complete service.
SERVICE # 2
Funeral service in the funeral home chapel:
Service includes services of funeral director and staff,
embalming, other preparation of the body, use of facilities
for funeral ceremony and staff supervision, use of
facilities for viewing, transfer of remains to funeral
home, hearse, flower vehicle. Mileage outside Phillips County
is $1.50 per mile one-way per vehicle.
There can be no deductions from this complete service.
SERVICE # 3
Committal service at graveside only:
Service includes services of funeral director and staff,
additional services of funeral director and staff,
embalming, other preparation of the body, use of facilities
for viewing, transfer of remains to funeral home, hearse,
flower vehicle, funeral ceremony at graveside. Mileage outside
Phillips County is $1.75 per mile one-way per vehicle.
There can be no deductions from this service.
An additional ceremony such as a rosary or
prayer service may be
included in any of these three traditional packages.
